Where can I find the model number and manufacturing date on my toddler bed?

The model number and manufacturing date for your toddler bed will be located on a sticker on the side of the mattress platform or on the inside of the headboard.

When assembling my toddler bed, how do I get the mattress platform together?

The mattress platform for the toddler beds comes in tow halves. One side of the platform will have a large connector and the other side will have a small connector. Position the two platform pieces so that the large connector on one piece matches the small connector on the other piece. Push on the two platform pieces so that they slide together.

How far up are the bed rails supposed to go on the actual mattress?

The bed rails are usually 2 inches above the standard crib mattress. The bed rails are to remind the child that they are getting close to the edge of the bed and are not meant to serve as a crib effect.

What size mattress should I use on my toddler bed?

A standard crib-sized mattress should be used on the toddler beds. The more deluxe, or thicker, mattress that is used, will decrease the amount of space that the bed rail reaches above the mattress.

Your child needs to be at least 2 _ years old and should not be older than 5 years old in order to use a toddler bed.

Are there any warranties for my toddler beds?

Dorel Juvenile Group warrants its products to be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal household use and service for one year following date of purchase for most products. Some of our products have extended warranties. This warranty shall not apply to damages arising from neglect, accidental damage, or commercial use of the product. This is a limited warranty. Liability for consequential property damage is expressly excluded. Proof of purchase is required.
