Does my playard come with a bassinet?

Does my playard come with a canopy?

How do I fold and unfold my playard?

To fold your portable playard, you will first need to remove the floorboard. Next release the lever on the bottom of the playard and pull the lever all the way to the top of the playard. Once you have done this, the legs on the playard will actually begin to fold inward. Next you will need to push in on the buttons (one on the inside and one on the outside) on the side rails and push the side rail down. Repeat this process for all four side rails. Finally take the floorboard and wrap it around the playard and place it into the carrying bag. To unfold your portable playard, first remove the playard from the carrying bag and remove the floorboard from around the playard. Next you will need to pull up on all four side rails until they lock into place. Push down on the lever in the center of the playard until it locks into place. Finally, place the floorboard into the playard.

Are sheets available for my playard?

Sheets are available for the portable playards and are usually sold at Target or JCPenneys. Make sure that you purchase sheets that are made for portable cribs.

What is the weight limit on the bassinet?

The weight limit on the bassinet is 20 pounds. You should discontinue use of the bassinet once your child can sit up or starts to pull himself up, regardless of the weight of your child.

Can I purchase the canopy and bassinet separately to fit my playard?

The canopy and bassinet are not sold are individual accessories. Your portable playard is especially designed for the parts that is provided with it and may not have the necessary makeup to accommodate a canopy or bassinet; therefore, these parts cannot be sold separately and retrofitted to your existing model.

The model number and manufacturing date will be found on a sticker underneath the playard on the crossbars.

Are there any warranties for my portable playard?

Dorel Juvenile Group warrants its products to be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal household use and service for one year following date of purchase for most products. Some of our products have extended warranties. This warranty shall not apply to damages arising from neglect, accidental damage, or commercial use of the product. This is a limited warranty. Liability for consequential property damage is expressly excluded. Proof of purchase is required.
