What kind of bag is used in the Diaper Nanny and where can I purchase one?

The Diaper Nanny uses a special continuous bag. These continuous bags are available through the Consumer Relations Department for $5.12 plus shipping and handling. Please have your model number and manufacturing date available prior to contacting us. Are there any warranties for my diaper pails?

Dorel Juvenile Group warrants its products to be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal household use and service for one year following date of purchase for most products. Some of our products have extended warranties. This warranty shall not apply to damages arising from neglect, accidental damage, or commercial use of the product. This is a limited warranty. Liability for consequential property damage is expressly excluded. Proof of purchase is required.
