Is the deflector replaceable and where can I order one?

Deflectors for the potty chairs are replaceable and are available through the Consumer Relations Department. Please have your model number and manufacturing date available prior to contacting us. How do you attach my potty chair to an adult commode?

For potty chairs with model number 07-116 or 07-320, there is an adjustment arm and screw on the underneath of the potty seat that clips onto the rim of the adult commode.

Does the water go in the base or in the chamber pot on the Musical Potty?

The water goes into the chamber pot, or vessel as referred to in the instructions, and does not go into the base.

When using the Musical Potty on the adult commode, can I use a deflector?

When using the Musical Potty on the adult commode, you cannot use a deflector. On the Musical Potty, the deflector is attached to the chamber pot, or vessel, and not the seat portion that attaches to the adult commode.

How can I make the Musical Potty play music?

Test the potty by pouring enough water into the chamber pot, or vessel, to cover the 2 silver dots, then put slight pressure on the lid. This should cause your Musical Potty to play music. If it does not, please contact Dorel Juvenile Groupšs Consumer Relations Department at 1-800-544-1108.

How do I replace the batteries on the Musical Potty?

To replace the batteries in your Musical Potty, you will need to remove one single screw to expose the battery compartment. Once you have replaced the batteries, be sure to attach and tighten the screw back down.

How do I remove the sound box on the Musical Potty in order to clean it?

To remove the sound box on your Musical Potty in order to clean under it or replace it, you will first need to remove the batteries and then remove the single screw underneath the batteries. Then pull up on the sound box to remove it.

Are there any warranties for my potty chairs?

Dorel Juvenile Group warrants its products to be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal household use and service for one year following date of purchase for most products. Some of our products have extended warranties. This warranty shall not apply to damages arising from neglect, accidental damage, or commercial use of the product. This is a limited warranty. Liability for consequential property damage is expressly excluded. Proof of purchase is required.
