What do I do until my repair kit arrives?
If possible, you should stop using the high chair until you receive the repair kit. If this is not possible, be sure to follow the proper assembly instructions.
For example, if you have a metal anchor on the restraint belt, make sure it lies flat against the seat shell and doesn't work through the back of the seat.
In the infant position, make sure all 4 guides are in the tracks AND the handle is securely attached over the towel rack - the high chair seat cannot slip if you do this. (see video and instructions links below)
