Where can I purchase sheets for my portable crib?

Sheets are available for the portable cribs and are usually sold at Target, Babies ŒR Us, or JCPenneys. Make sure that you purchase sheets that are made for portable cribs.

Are the locks on my portable crib replaceable?

The locks on the portable cribs are not replaceable. If one of the locks should break, you must discontinue use of your portable crib.

What is the weight limit on my portable crib?

The weight limit on your portable crib is 50 pounds or when your child reaches 35 inches tall.

How do you fold my portable crib?

To fold your portable crib, first remove the mattress and mattress support. Next you will need to push in on the silver button on one of the side locks that is located on the top part of the rail. Once you have released the lock button, then rotate the lock in the direction of the arrow pointing towards open and push the rail in towards the center of the crib. Repeat this procedure for the other side of the crib to completely fold it.

Are there any warranties for my portable cribs?

Dorel Juvenile Group warrants its products to be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal household use and service for one year following date of purchase for most products. Some of our products have extended warranties. This warranty shall not apply to damages arising from neglect, accidental damage, or commercial use of the product. This is a limited warranty. Liability for consequential property damage is expressly excluded. Proof of purchase is required.
